• Evatuation and analysis of finantial viability of the project. Sometimes the ideas of our clients seam to be very interesting at first, but with a deeper analysis of the components, suppliers costs and investment capability of the client, it is verified that the projects are not so atracting. With the correct analysis it is possible to make better decisions of how, when and how much ot invest in the projects for their continuous flow.

• Electronic circuit design and schematic capture. We design the electronic circuit, composed of one or more printed circuit boards. For full circuit reliability we use simulation tools and partial assemblying for initial testing. In the step we consider components quantities, prices, availability, use of buying and circuit protection. We only use components of trustful and qualified suppliers, such as: International Rectifier, Micrel, Microchip, Texas Instruments, Molex, Tyco Electronics, Intel, ST Microelectronics, Freescale, Analog Devices and National, among others.

• Printed circuit board layout. We use modern and update software for printed circuit board layout. In this step we consider fabrication capability of the suppliers, maximum ans minimum dimensions, components heigths, power dissipation, electromagnetic irradiation, current flow requirements and any other technical specification.

• Prototype assemblying with conventional (PTH) and surface mount (SMD) components. We can assemble the boards using the components chosen during the design. We have specific equipment for conventional and SMD soldering, with temperature control, assuring good quality. The quantity fabricated is defined by the client taking into account finantial resources available.

• Microcontroller and application software programming. We can write firmware for the programmable circuits, such as microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSP) and processors. We use C/C++ and assembly programming languages for microcontrollers and DSPs, and CBuilder for PC/Windows application software.

• Validation tests in certified laboratories. All electronic product must comply with current law and most of them need specific certification and approvals in certified laboratories to sold. So that, all products pass through functional tests internally, following techinical specifications. In case of need of certifications and specific tests, such as climate and electromagnetic compatibility, we use qualified laboratories with test equipments.

• Mechanical drawing of the case. Almost all electronic products need a plastic or metalic case to protect the board. CayennE-k Tecnologia follows technical standards, with a modern and attractive design for final customer. We also monitor the fabrication and quality of the product molding and case.

• First Batch, small and medium quantities assemblying. Before complete introduction of the product in the market, a first batch must be produced for complete verification of the specifications and production capability. Following that,production can begin and the product can be sold normaly. For small quantities of the first batch and small and medium production, CayennE-k Tecnologia is fully capable of fullfilling our client's needs.

• Production monitoring. For bigger productions and in case of requests, CayennE-k Tecnologia can monitor the production and board assemblying in specialized assembying companies. In this case, we verify the production and guarantee the quality of the final product.
